Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Besty International's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Besty International provides premium business solutions including:

Custom software development and digital solutions

UI/UX design and user experience consulting

Digital strategy and business transformation

Mobile application development

Cloud services and infrastructure solutions

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requested

Use our services only for lawful purposes

Respect intellectual property rights

Not interfere with or disrupt our services

Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Besty International and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Note: Custom work created specifically for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Payment Terms

Project-Based Services

Payment terms for project-based services will be outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion.

Recurring Services

For ongoing services, payment is due monthly in advance. Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Work completed in good faith is generally non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besty International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice when possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Besty International is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
